Introduction of  Potato starch process machine:
 
Potato starch machine can be used for processing sweet potatoes, potatoes, yams into potato starch

at once-time, and then the starch extraction, pulp residue separation, then used to make pasta,

noodles, or other starch processing product again, you can also call sweet potato starch machine, potato starch separator.
 
Process description
 

1. The room for raw (1)Sweet Potato.

 

2. There is a (2)Feeding tank,place the sweet potato into feeding tank ,then convoy them to Derocker

 Machine by a conveyor.

 

3. Then the (3)Derocker Machine will lean sweet potato up the hull ,sand,muddy and other sundries.

 

4. Conveying the potato after Derocker Machine to (4)Cleaning Machine ,the sweet potato will be 

cleaned up in this machine.

 

5. After the Cleaning Machine ,the (5)Rasping Machine will crush sweet potato and the one crushed put 

into the Tank.

 

6. The next step,sweet potato after crushing will be convoyed into (6)Centrifugal Screen, to separate plasm 

and residue.And the residue will be transfered in this step.

 

7. When the plasm was transfered to (7)Desanding Machine to remove the sand or other sundries.The 

plasm will go to Filter Machine.

 

8. The plasm will be filtered in the (8)Filter Machine.The conveyed into next machine.

 

9. The (9)Delicate Swirler is the very important in this product line,it can purify and extracte starch in starch

 process.

 

10. Then the starch which purified will be sent to (10)Vacuum Dehydrator to dehydrate starch, the water which from Vacuum Dehydrator will be transfered to 

Settling Tank ,then be sent to water supply to be recycled.

 

11. The starch which dehydrated must be dried via (11)Drying System,just as the placement in the drawing,

the hot blast stove just by the side of Drying System.

 

12.The starch after drying can be packed if you need,and that is all the process to produce sweet potato starch
